This is a one-time investment. Pricing is custom quoted based on the scope of your business.

Month 2 and Beyond — The Retainer

Once the foundation is set, I stay on as your dedicated operational manager. Every month I handle ongoing system oversight and updates, manage new client onboarding end-to-end, continue executing communication, keep your team and projects coordinated, and stay ahead of anything that could slow your business down before it ever reaches you.

We'll discuss all of that on your discovery call and I'll put together a quote that reflects the work involved. How do we communicate and what does the process look like?

After your discovery call, we'll align on scope, sign your contract, and get started. From there, I integrate into your existing workflow and become your point of contact for operations. Communication cadence and preferred platforms are established during onboarding so everything runs smoothly from day one.

How long does it take to get started?

Once your contract is signed and your invoice is paid, we can typically get started within a week. Month 1 is focused on getting the full picture of your business — understanding your systems, your team, your clients, and your goals — so that the ongoing management is locked in and effective.
